The EAC declaration is a declaration that the products comply with the requirements of the Eurasian Customs Union and that sufficient quality and safety are ensured. This declaration replaces the old GOST-R system.
The EAC declaration is issued by companies accredited in the Eurasian Customs Union. There is no specific document format for declaration. As in the EAC document, it is issued on a party basis, for 1 year, 3 years or 5 years.
Sample tests are required for EAC declaration. As with the EAC certificate, no factory audit is made.
EAC declarations are recorded in the Customs Union database. In this way, the product can be questioned during the passage of customs.
In order to receive the EAC declaration, the firm or its authorized representative must have a residence in one of the Eurasian Customs Union countries. If you do not have a company or representative in Russia, support is provided in this regard.
